Early April, there is a newly opened liquid nitrogen Ice-cream cafe opened in South Kensington. Four winters first opened in Jordan, it offers a wide range of flavours that changes accordingly to ingredients that are in season. Besides seasonal flavours, there are also classic flavours using premium quality ingredients from around the world. Last month, it opened the first franchise in London.
